Do we provide bathroom renovations?

Unfortunately we don't offer full bathroom renovation work. We only complete repair and maintenance work. For example replacing cracked tiles, grouting and silicone resealing. We offer cost effective solutions for clients that are unable to afford a new bathroom renovation. We do offer small tiling installations - Replacing tiled splashback or floor tiling work. 

Do you offer plumbing repairs?

We don't offer plumbing repairs or services. We can identify moisture issues and recommend when a plumber is required to fix a leak, once we identify any potential issue. In Australia there is no formal license required for leak detection work.

What type of warranty do you offer?

We offer a two year warranty for grouting and silicone sealing repairs. 

We offer a 12 month warranty for tiling and vinyl installation. 

Can our reports be used for insurance purposes?

Our reports can be used for insurance claim purposes. Our report will identify leaking showers, unsuspected leaking pipes or rainwater damage  from a leaking roof. 

Do we offer mould remediation work?

We can clean and treat any surface mould that we find. We highly recommend to engage a restorer if the damages are extensive and requires structural drying.
